Ingrediens: 2 Persons
250 g | potatoes, sliced |
2 | green onion, sliced |
2 | pickeld cucumber, diced |
6 | radish, diced |
2 | boiled eggs, diced |
some | chive |
Dressing:
1 Tbsp | oil |
150 g | yoghurt |
1 Tbsp | lemon juice |
1 Tbsp | vinegar or pickeld cucumber juice |
1 teaspoon | sugar |
salt, pepper |
Preparation:
Put all ingrediens together in a bowl.
Mix all dressing ingidiends together and pour it over the salat and stir it.
Leave it in the fridge for half an houre until the dressing is soaked in.
Serve cold.
