Potato-Egg-Salat

There are a million of potato salat recipes but this is one of my favorites.












Ingrediens: 2 Persons
250 g potatoes, sliced
2 green onion, sliced
2 pickeld cucumber, diced
6 radish, diced
2 boiled eggs, diced
some chive

Dressing:
1 Tbsp oil
150 g yoghurt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp vinegar or pickeld cucumber juice
1 teaspoon sugar
salt, pepper

Preparation:
Put all ingrediens together in a bowl.
Mix all dressing ingidiends together and pour it over the salat and stir it.
Leave it in the fridge for half an houre until the dressing is soaked in.
Serve cold.
